OFS has the capacity and experience to finish multi door projects.
Currently, we have an order for 18 rift white oak doors and jambs in our shop to be custom-stained and top-coated in a satin finish.
This particular order calls for a multi-step finishing process consisting of penetrating dye stains to achieve the dark “ebony” look. Our custom-drying jigs
allow us to complete multiple doors at once – saving precious floor space while still giving the finish adequate time to cure before the doors are packaged for shipping.
Not all of our work is production focused.

Most custom color matches can take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 days to complete. Our team of finishing professionals have spent countless hours learning to replicate stain colors and patina in order to achieve the perfect color match for every project.
We are often able to take samples made of all sorts of substrates and replicate them on your custom wood project.
