These restoration projects were performed onsite, on time and on-budget.
Do you have plaques that could be brought back to life? As metal surfaces weather, they naturally tarnish. Engraved lettering becomes hard to read. The OFS Team can make them look new again.
What do your standpipes look like? Although they serve a functional purpose, they can look unsightly in time. Clean them up and if they are noticed, they won’t leave a negative impression.
Don’t forget that even stainless steel needs to be maintained. The OFS Team brings back the original luster to metalwork in high traffic locations like building entrances and lobbies.
It takes a lot of time to properly prep for a quality job! In the end, the results speak for themselves.
These days, mirror stainless steel is out, and satin finishes are in. The satin finish on the left is easier and less expensive to maintain. Ask us about refinishing your existing mirrored elevator doors to a satin finish.
IN THE COMMUNITY: OFS was pleased to assist in a pool renovation project at a local YMCA. Here the onsite team can be seen restoring and passivating the tarnished stainless-steel gutter found on the pool’s perimeter. The passivation process will prevent corrosion and extend the life of stainless steel.
Don’t want to see your elevators looking like this? Give OFS a call and get on a regularly scheduled maintenance program. Budget your maintenance out monthly or quarterly, whatever works best for you. Have OFS’s metal team stop by once per year, so your elevators stay looking their best.
