Every July, OFS Corp. brings together the field crew, the finishing shop team, and office staff for a company-wide “state-of-the-union” talk that keeps everyone on the same page.

In 2024, the tradition continues. This year’s annual meeting offered the perfect opportunity to introduce new employees to the entire team – as well as recap recent projects and share forecasting highlights with everyone of what lies ahead for the next 12 months.

Before the fun and festivities began, the OFS executive team was able to cover new company procedures, best practices, and approved “techniques” for finishing and restoration tasks.

Finally, we were able to assemble the whole “crew” for an updated company photo – then it was time to relax and enjoy lunch from Bear’s!
