Scott’s career began in the U.S. Navy as an F-14 Flight Deck Mechanic, where he learned firsthand how to manage high-stress environments and execute high-stakes operations.

Bringing that discipline to OFS Corp in 2002, he built an extensive understanding of the business from the ground up—managing the finishing shop, distribution center, door finishing department, and metal restoration division. Scott took ownership of OFS Corp in 2019, driving the company’s continued growth and high standards.

Outside of work, Scott can be found coaching his son’s baseball team, spending quality time with family, or out in the field hunting and fishing.

Justin has an extensive wood and metal restoration background and has been working in the industry for over 35 years.

He has previously worked at a local CT furniture store, for a world-wide furniture retailer, and has had his own business where he subcontracted for numerous companies and private customers. Justin has also worked as a sales rep for a large finishing supply manufacturer for the past several years.

He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking trips on his Harley Davidson, and sampling local craft beers.

Ethan joined the OFS team in May 2022 as a Project Estimator and Assistant Project Manager, before transitioning into his current role as Lead Estimator.

As the Lead Estimator, Ethan is responsible for managing the project bidding pipeline, producing cost estimates for both wood and metal restoration & finishing projects, and coordinating directly with the field division to ensure successful execution.

Outside of work, Ethan spends most of his time with his family. His other interests and hobbies include working on his lawn, binging TV shows, collecting Pokémon cards, and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and his beloved Boston Red Sox.

Trevor joined the team in May of 2026 with a strong background in sales and estimating, bringing valuable experience in building client relationships and delivering accurate project estimates. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service make him a key part of the estimating team.

As an estimator, Trevor is responsible for assessing project needs, preparing detailed estimates and collaborating with customers as well as the production team to ensure projects are set up for success from the start.

Outside of work Trevor enjoys being outdoors, working on cars and spending quality time with his dogs and his family.

I’m Erica, the Bookkeeper at OFS Corporation, with 25 years of experience in bookkeeping. I enjoy keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes. I take pride in my attention to detail, dependability, and being part of the team.

Outside of work, I enjoy dragonboating, watching anime, and making my own beer and wine. I love trying new things, learning new skills, and spending time on hobbies that let me be creative and have fun.
